At NXTRND, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package the Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective layers are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the gear reaches our warehouse.
